On March 6–7, 2024, the 9th All-Russian Conference of Young Orientalists “China and Its Neighbours” will be held at the IOM RAS (Green Hall). The conference is jointly organized by the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts RAS, the Saint Petersburg State University, and the Confucius Institute at the Saint Petersburg State University.

Registration will open at 10 am on March 6 (Wednesday). The conference will open at 10:30 am (Green Hall). Opening speeches will be made by:

Professor Liu Romei, Education Counselor at the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Saint Petersburg

D.I. Mayatskiy, Russian Co-Director of the Confucius Institute at the Saint Petersburg State University, Candidate of Sciences in Philology (PhD).
