The Seventeenth All-Russian Orientalist Seminar in memory of O.O. Rosenberg (1888–1919) will be held at the IOM RAS on November 27–28, 2023.

The seminar will take place in mixed format (online participation using ZOOM).

November 27–28 - presentations on the following topics (South Asia, Central Asia, and East Asia):
- Religions and religious/philosophical systems
- Traditional cultures and written heritage
- Manuscript culture (collections, paleography, restoration)
- New research on the history of Oriental studies

November 28 - Day of the “Purushottama” Center for the Study of Philosophy and Culture of India (RUDN University, Moscow)

Please submit your application by November 10, 2023.

The application should include the following information:
Information about the participant (full name, place of work and position, academic degree, academic title, phone number, email);
Presentation topic;
Participation format (in-person, online).
