On March 3–4, 2022, the 7th Conference of Young Orientalists “China and Its Neighbours” will be held at the IOM RAS (Green Hall and Room 146). The conference is jointly organized by the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts RAS, the Saint Petersburg State University, and the Confucius Institute at the Saint Petersburg State University.

Registration: 10 am on March 3 (Thursday). The conference will open at 10:30 am (Green Hall).

Opening speeches will be made by:
Dr. I.F. Popova, Director of the IOM RAS, Corresponding member of the RAS, Doctor of Sciences in History
Professor Liu Ruomei, Education Counselor at the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Saint Petersburg

Madam He Fang, Director of the Confucius Institute at the Saint Petersburg State University.
