On July 21-27, 2013, the 13th Seminar of the International Association for Tibetan Studies (IATS) was held in Ulan Bator, Mongolia. More than 400 scholars from many countries such as Mongolia, the USA, China, Japan, Russia, the UK, Germany, etc. took part in the seminar. English, Tibetan and Mognolian were the working languages, presentations in Tibetan were usually concluded with short English abstracts. The program of the Seminar is available as a *.PDF file.
