On November 26 (Wednesday), 2025, the IOM RAS and the Department of Korean studies (Saint Petersburg State University) will hold a one-day academic conference dedicated to the 95th birthday anniversary of the outstanding Korean studies scholar Marianna Ivanovna Nikitina (1930–1999).

Conference themes:
- M.I. Nikitina: her life and scholarship.
- Traditional literature of Korea and other East Asian countries.
- Mythology of Korea and other East Asian countries.

Format: in-person only.
