On April 10, 2025, a group of InteRussia fellowship participants specializing in history, political science and archaeology visited the IOM RAS. The fellowship program is jointly organized by the Institute of Oriental Studies RAS and the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund.

15 postgraduate students and PhDs in Oriental studies from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Egypt and Sudan met with IOM RAS specialists in the Near East.
Serge A. Frantsouzoff, Doctor of Sciences in History, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Near and Middle Eastern Studies, conducted a tour of the Museum of the History of Russian Oriental Studies and showed the exhibition at the Department of Manuscripts and Documents where the guests viewed the collection of handwritten materials kept at the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts (Asiatic Museum).
