The 13th St. Petersburg Tibetological Seminar (program)

The 13th St. Petersburg Tibetological Seminar dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences will be held at the IOM RAS (Green Hall) with participation of the Datsan Gunzechoinei Buddhist temple (Saint Petersburg) on November 13‒14, 2024.
November 13: Registration starts at 10:50. Morning session starts at 11:00 and afternoon session starts at 14:40.
November 14: Roundtable “Buddhism in modern Russia” takes place from 11:00 to 16:20.
18 presentations (Seminar) and 10 presentations (Roundtable) are planned in total.
The IOM RAS Academic Council will meet at 14:00 on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. I. F. Popova, Director of the IOM RAS, Corresponding member of the RAS, will present the annual report on the Institute’s work in 2024.
