Information letter The Eighteenth All-Russian Orientalist Seminar in memory of O.O. Rosenberg (1888–1919)
will be held at the IOM RAS on November 25–26, 2024.
The seminar will take place in mixed format (online participation using ZOOM).
The following topics will be discussed (South Asia, Central Asia, and East Asia):
- Religions and religious/philosophical systems
- Traditional cultures and written heritage
- Manuscript culture (collections, paleography)
- New research on the history of Oriental studies
Please submit your application by November 10, 2024.
The application should include the following information:
- Information about the participant (full name, place of work and position, academic degree, academic title, phone number, email);
- Presentation topic;
- Participation format (in-person, online).
