On July 6, 2011, at the meeting of the Academic Council of the IOM RAS two monographs were affirmed for the publication such as

• E.I. Kychanov. 'New Laws'. Facsimile edition of the Tangut text, translation into Russian, with notes and research;
• Proceedings of the 53rd Annual Meeting Permanent Internation Altaistic Conference July 25-30, 2010. Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Unknown Treasures of the Altaic World in the Libraries, Archives and Museums, Ed. by T.A. Pang and dedicated to the memory of Denis Sinor who was the Secretary General of the PIAC for 30 years. The book is to be published by Klaus-Schwarts Verlag, Berlin.
