On August 21, 2010, Lobsang Norbu Shastri, professor at the Central University of Tibetan Studies, Varanasi, India, the curator of the project of reconstruction of Buddhist texts in Sanskrit via their canonical Tibetan translations, visited the IOM RAS. In addition to it, he visited the St Petersburg Buddhist Temple.
