On March 2, 2007 Dr. Sergey A. Frantsouzoff was decorated by the Partiarch of all Russia Alexius II with the medal of St. Macarius, the Metropolitan of Moscow. The ceremony took place in the Temple of Saint Saviour in Moscow. PHOTOS
