The copyist of manuscript С 2114 from the collection of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Institute of Oriental Studies has made a mistake. Being probably distracted for a while from his work he then resumed copying of a passage already done by him earlier. Due to this mistake we, for the first time, get some definite material and an opportunity to discuss the regularity of individual handwriting in medieval Arabic manuscripts…
