Two Coptic Manuscripts from Nag Hammadi as a Source for the Study of Gnostic and Ancient Egyptian Connections. Defended at the Institute of Oriental Studies, Moscow in 1984.
Academic and Administrative Positions
From 1983 up to present – Junior Researcher, Researcher at the Leningrad / St. Petersburg Branch of the Institute of Oriental Studies / the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
From 1997 up to 2017 – researcher at the IOM Department of Ancient Eastern Studies.
Major Research Interests
The Coptic texts from Nag Hammadi; the Coptic Christian monasteries; the History of the Asian museum – the Institute for Oriental studies; the biography of Serge Elisseeff.
