The present work is the catalogue of Mongolian folk materials in the Orientalists' Archives of St. Petersburg branch of the Institute of Oriental Studies. For the first time the unique examples of Mongolian, Buryat and Kalmyk dialects are united together. 3 thousand works collected in the catalogue will become a precious source for the studying of Mongolian folklore. They always have aroused great interest of foreign and Russian orientalists.
On September 25–26, 2017, the International conference Armenia and the Middle East: Written Heritage from Manuscripts to the Internet dedicated to the memory of Karen N. Yuzbashyan (1927–2009) will be held in St. Petersburg.
