Iokhvin

Born on March 28, 1975, in Leningrad (now St Petersburg).

In 1997, graduated from the Bonch Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications.

During several years, worked at private companies, from 2009 up to present, works at the Bonch Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, Head of the Department of Information & Communication Systems Engineering.

From the late 1990s up to present, studies and collects Buddhist arts from Tibetan and Mognolian cultural area.
