Visit of the prime minister of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh |

On December 6, 2019, prime minister of Mongolia, Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, paid an official visit to the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The distinguished guests were met by Director of the IOM, RAS, Irina F. Popova. The delegation headed by the prime minister visited a permanent exhibition of Oriental manuscripts of the insitute and specially organised by reseachers of the IOM, RAS (A.A. Sizova, N.V. Yampolskaya, D.A. Nosov) exhibition of the Mongolian manuscripts.
U. Khurelsukh also bestowed the head of the Section of Central Asian Studies at the IOM RAS, Irina V. Kulganek a medal in honour of academician Ts. Damdinsuren for for her exceptional academic achievements in Mongolian studies.
