On May 6, 2013, at the meeting of the Academic Council of the IOM RAS, dedicated to the celebration of the Victory Day, Dr. T. Ermakova read a lecture On the Meeting of the Indian Section of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the USSR Academy of Sciences on July 24, 1945, Devoted to the Memory of the Colleagues Indologists [О заседании Индийского кабинета ИВ АН СССР 24 июля 1945 г., посвященном памяти коллег-индологов].

The lecture was founded on the protocol of the meeting found at the IOM Archives of the Orientalists. The memory of three scholars who had died during the WW 2 was honored, namely Acad. Th. Stcherbatsky (1866-1942), V.E. Krasnodembsky (1907-1942), and A.S. Zimin (1880-1942).
