On Jule 1, 2014, the delegation of Shaanxi Institute of Education, Xi'an, China, headed by its Rector, Prof. Gan Hui, visited the IOM RAS. Perspectives of joint research and publishing projects were discussed and the Agreement on Cooperation was signed.
