On June 7, 2007 the Institute was visited by Min Bahadur Shakya, Head of Nagarjuna Institute of Exact Methods (A Center for Buddhist Studies), Nepal. M.B.Shakya is the representative of the Newar Buddhist community that uses ancient Sanskrit texts in their ritual practices.
