In this paper I should like to present but a very short remark on a remarkable
object which is nothing else than a small piece of paper. It is found in
Leningrad, in the rich Mongol collection of the Institute of Oriental Studies,
where I spent a long year in 1967—1968 as research-fellow of that Institute...
